PARD INDIA has been implementing community-driven Projects since the commencement of its services in 2011 by empowering deprived children (V-kids), their families, and marginalized communities through education, health, environment, skill development and livelihood interventions for inclusive and sustainable developmentat the grassroots in India.
Each Project has various custom-designed Programs that address an in-depth understanding of the local needs, setting up Project objectives, resource deployment, Program implementation and monitoring, impact assessment, and undertaking sustainable initiatives to ensure the effectiveness of the Project.

Our Project Team has experienced project leaders and passionate professionals with diversified industry experience across the globe in the fields of EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction), Project Management, IT, Digital Marketing, HR, QMS & ISO 9001, HSE, Finance Management, Logistics Management, Waste Management, Circular Economy, Education, Health, Agriculture & Plantation, etc.
Collectively, we have more than 200 years of experience managing the entire life cycle of a project. Our project management includes the following core strengths:
- Conduct Baseline Survey & Need Identification
- Prepare & Submit Project Proposals, including Gantt Charts & Logical Framework Analysis (LFA).
- Sign Contracts and organize Kick-off meetings.
