Eligibility Criteria
- Should be above 18 years of age.
- Should be in college / recent passed out / career changer.
- Should be able to put in a minimum of one (1) month of internship.
- Should be sincere and give intensive commitment.
- Should submit a project report at the end of the Internship.

What you can expect
- Our internships are across a wide range of departments and available in a variety of locations across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, with flexible working. We also have fully remote roles.
- All our internships provide you with invaluable insight and the opportunity to develop your skills in a supportive environment.
- Our interns work on projects with ideas of innovation over and above the work we’re already doing.
- Our internships are designed to provide school leavers, undergraduates, graduates and career changers; a taster of what it’s like working for one of India's leading grassroots NPOs.
- Internship lasts from a minimum of one (1) month to maximum six (6) months and opportunities are available throughout the year.
- Interns can enhance their understanding about UN Sustainable Developmental Goals (SDGs) and its challenges at grassroots of Indian society.
- On some specific projects, interns will be paid a stipend, as a token of appreciation recognizing their value added services to PARD INDIA.
- At the end of your internship or at any point of time, we encourage you to apply for permanent positions, if suitable ones are available. Check Careers with us.
- Our interns, who are working with other organizations, can enroll as our Volunteer and make a Difference.

Internship Registration Form
Download and submit the duly filled-in Internship Registration Form (Mandatory) prior confirmation of Internship
If we feel that you are a good fit for PARD INDIA, you will be invited for a short interview.
NOTE
- After approval of Online Registration, Candidate to download, sign and submit the Internship Application Form and submit with all the necessary documents along with updated resume to Director-HR@pardindia.org and copy to info@pardindia.org.
- We support interns to submit their weekly / monthly progress reports to their institutions based on periodic assessment of the ongoing internship with us.
- Upon completion of internship program, candidate to submit the Internship Completion Form along with the Project Report and we issue a Final Completion Certification of Internship.
